Located in Miami with focus Miami - Fort Lauderdale area.ResponsibilitiesReports to Project Executive in managing contracts, costs, schedules, safety, and quality throughout all phases of the construction process.Manage expectations, commitments and day to day operations with the clients, subcontractors, architects and owners, building trust and value throughout the construction process.Process Improvement / RFI / Change Management/ Document ControlParticipate in reviewing and evaluating documentation related to the planning, site investigation, design, construction, and contract administrationResponsible for all pay applications and change orders, etcAttend project-related meetings, capture minutes, and record issuesHospital - Build Outs +50M - MiamiMedical Offices - Build Outs +10M - North Miami School - Education +40M - Hollywood QualificationsB.S. in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, related field and/or related construction experience.+10 years or more years of experience in the construction industry, preferably with a general contractor in Healthcare, Public, Educational, Airport, Commercial Projects +5M.To be successful you need to be familiar with South Florida area subcontractor and vendor market.Organized, team management, passionate and communication skills are also crucial to the success of the role.Procore, Bluebeam, or similar software's are important.What you'll get in returnIn return, you will receive a package of up to $140,000-180,000 base plus benefits, bonus, allowances, and other perks.What you need to do nowIf you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV to felipe.ruiz@hays.com, or call us now.
