Team members work on innovative solutions that support trust, transparency, and better outcomes for healthcare organizations and the communities they serve.Role Description The Project Manager – RCM Healthcare will lead end-to-end project delivery for revenue cycle management initiatives, ensuring alignment with client requirements and internal standards. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Responsibilities include planning project timelines, defining scope, coordinating cross-functional teams, and monitoring progress to meet milestones and budgets. The role involves managing stakeholder communication, preparing status reports, identifying risks, and implementing corrective actions to keep projects on track. The Project Manager will collaborate closely with product, technical, and operations teams to optimize RCM processes, support system implementation, and drive continuous improvement in healthcare delivery and financial performance.Qualifications Demonstrated experience in Project Management, including planning, execution, and stakeholder coordination in healthcare or RCM environments.Hands-on skills in Expediting and Expeditor functions to ensure timely completion of project tasks, deliverables, and vendor commitments.Experience in Inspection and quality control activities to validate project outputs, system configurations, and process compliance.Knowledge of Logistics Management to oversee movement of information, resources, and project-related materials across teams and locations.Strong understanding of revenue cycle management processes, healthcare claims workflows, and payer–provider dynamics.Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced setting.Proficiency with project management tools and methods (e.g., Agile or hybrid approaches); relevant certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) are an advantage.Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field; prior experience in Middle East healthcare markets is beneficial.
