Project Manager - Retail Facilities

My client is a leading retailer in the Middle East and they are looking for an outstanding Project Manager to join their growing team. Job Role

• Act as the primary contact with external contractors during planning, budgeting, and scheduling stages
• Support long-term network planning in partnership with Strategy and Brand teams by translating growth needs into facility requirements
• Contribute to prioritization and investment planning cycles by aligning project timelines with business readiness and brand expansion strategies
• Track project milestones and escalate delays or resource constraints
• Ensure cross-functional alignment during design, construction, and handover phases through steering committee or working groups
• Represent operational and brand readiness requirements throughout the lifecycle of capital projects
• Collaborate with IT, FM, Marketing, Legal, and Real Estate on execution of infrastructure elements such as signage, branding, system upgrades, and licenses
• Drive site readiness assessments, ensuring new facilities or upgrades are launched with minimal disruption
• Monitor project documentation (drawings, change orders, approvals) and flag variations that affect scope or timeline
• Maintain a central project dashboard and support post-completion reviews and lessons learned processesRequirementsBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Project ManagementPMP certification preferred8-10 years experience in project management/coordination in multi site environments.
