Project Manager – Retail Partner Programs

We are looking for a Project Manager to support the deployment and ongoing management of strategic retail programs across multiple markets.The role involves coordinating with central project teams, local markets, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure smooth execution, manage risks and dependencies, and support change management activities throughout the project lifecycle.What we offer:Salary package: Around 11.000 ron netMeal tickets: 35 ron/dayMedical subscription at Medicover24 vacation daysHybrid work: 2-3 days/week in the officeKey ResponsibilitiesCoordinate the deployment of retail programs across multiple markets.Track project milestones, dependencies, risks, and overall readiness.Act as a key liaison between local markets and central project teams.Gather business feedback and support the resolution of operational or process-related issues.Coordinate change management activities, documentation, and communications.Manage project timelines, trackers, status updates, and governance materials.Prepare project reports, presentations, and executive updates.Facilitate meetings, follow up on actions, and ensure timely delivery of key activities.Support continuous improvement and process optimization initiatives.RequirementsBachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.5+ years of experience in project management, business transformation, process improvement, or similar roles.Experience working with international and cross-functional teams.Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Good understanding of change management and project deployment methodologies.Advanced Excel skills and good knowledge of PowerPoint and Word.Fluent English; proficiency in at least one additional language is required.
