Apply & track with Apply EdgeKey ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the execution and delivery of major road, highway, bridge, and transportation infrastructure projects.Manage multidisciplinary teams covering engineering, construction, supervision, planning, project controls, commercial, quality, and HSE functions.Ensure projects are delivered within approved budget, schedule, quality, and HSE requirements.Develop and implement project execution plans, construction strategies, schedules, risk registers, and reporting systems.Coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, contractors, subcontractors, government authorities, and other project stakeholders.Oversee construction activities for highways, urban roads, interchanges, bridges, flyovers, tunnels, and associated infrastructure.Monitor project progress, identify potential delays or risks, and implement appropriate corrective and preventive actions.Manage project changes, variations, claims, commercial issues, and contract administration in coordination with the commercial and contracts teams.Review and monitor project budgets, cost control, resource requirements, and overall financial performance.Ensure effective planning and scheduling using Primavera P6, MS Project, or equivalent project control systems.Provide regular progress reports, dashboards, presentations, and executive updates to senior management and stakeholders.Ensure compliance with project specifications, approved design requirements, applicable Saudi regulations, international standards, and HSE requirements.Support tendering, technical evaluations, contractor selection, mobilization, and project initiation activities.Lead project meetings and ensure effective communication and coordination across all project disciplines.Establish strong relationships with clients, government entities, consultants, contractors, and key stakeholders.Drive quality improvement, operational efficiency, risk mitigation, and best practices throughout the project lifecycle.Ensure proper project closeout, documentation, handover, and lessons-learned activities.Qualifications & RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline.Master’s degree in Engineering or Project Management is preferred.Minimum 20+ years of overall experience in roads, highways, bridges, and transportation infrastructure projects.Proven experience managing large-scale or mega roads and infrastructure projects.Strong project management and construction management experience.Demonstrated experience in managing multidisciplinary engineering and construction teams.Strong knowledge of project planning, scheduling, cost control, risk management, quality, and HSE.Experience managing contractors, consultants, clients, and government stakeholders.Previous experience with Saudi Arabia / GCC infrastructure projects is highly preferred.PMP, PE, or equivalent professional certification is preferred.Strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts, variations, claims, and contract administration.Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and project reporting tools.Excellent command of English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.Preferred Project ExperienceCandidates should have strong hands-on experience in major infrastructure projects involving several of the following:Highways and ExpresswaysMajor Roads and Urban RoadsBridgesFlyovers and InterchangesTunnelsRoad Widening and UpgradingTransportation InfrastructureGrade SeparationsJunctions and IntersectionsRoad and Bridge StructuresAssociated drainage, utilities, ITS, traffic management, and infrastructure worksPreferred ExperienceMinimum 20+ years of experience in major roads, highways, bridges, and infrastructure projects.Experience managing large-scale / mega transportation projects.Strong experience in highway and bridge construction and project delivery.Previous experience working with major government entities and international consultants.GCC experience, preferably Saudi Arabia, is highly desirable.Experience with FIDIC contracts, claims, variations, and commercial management.Experience coordinating multiple contractors, consultants, and stakeholders on complex infrastructure projects.Core SkillsProject ManagementRoads & Highway Project ManagementBridge & Flyover Project ManagementInfrastructure Project DeliveryConstruction ManagementProject ControlsPlanning & SchedulingPrimavera P6Risk ManagementCost & Budget ControlContract & Commercial ManagementFIDIC ContractsClaims & Variation ManagementQuality ManagementHSE ManagementStakeholder ManagementClient & Government CoordinationLeadership & Team ManagementTechnical & Construction CoordinationReporting & PresentationProblem Solving & Decision Making Pleae make it short
