Project Manager ( Russian Speaker )

Role Description The Project Manager (Russian Speaker) will oversee end-to-end project execution, coordinating timelines, resources, and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery. This full-time, on-site role in Dubai involves managing project plans, monitoring progress, and handling documentation and reports in both Russian and English. Daily responsibilities include communicating with suppliers and clients, aligning logistics and expediting activities, resolving issues that may affect schedules, and ensuring compliance with company standards and contractual requirements. The Project Manager will collaborate with internal teams, supervise inspections as needed, and support continuous improvement of project processes and workflows.QualificationsCandidates should possess strong Project Management skills, including planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder coordination.Candidates should possess Expeditor and Expediting skills to follow up on orders, track deliveries, and ensure timely completion of project milestones.Candidates should possess Inspection skills to coordinate and review quality checks and compliance with technical and contractual specifications.Candidates should possess Logistics Management skills to organize transportation, warehousing, and material flow related to project activities.Fluency in Russian and strong proficiency in English, with clear written and verbal communication abilities.Relevant experience in project-driven environments such as construction, industrial, or investment projects, ideally in international settings.Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines on-site in Dubai.Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, logistics, or a related field is preferred, along with proficiency in standard project management and office software tools.
