Project Manager - Russian Speaker

Role Description The Project Manager – Russian Speaker is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, responsible for overseeing end-to-end project execution across multiple initiatives. This includes planning project scopes and timelines, coordinating resources, managing budgets, and ensuring deliverables are completed on schedule and within quality standards. The role involves frequent liaison with suppliers, vendors, and clients, including Russian-speaking stakeholders, to track progress, resolve issues, and align expectations. Daily tasks include expediting materials and documentation, organizing inspections, coordinating logistics, preparing status reports, and maintaining comprehensive project documentation. The Project Manager will also support risk management, process improvements, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure projects meet business objectives.QualificationsStrong project management skills, including experience in Project Management and Expediting to coordinate timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder requirements.Knowledge of expeditor functions and expediting processes to ensure timely procurement, documentation flow, and vendor follow-up.Experience with Inspection and quality control activities to verify compliance with technical, contractual, and regulatory standards.Proficiency in Logistics Management to plan and coordinate the movement of materials, equipment, and documentation across locations.Fluency in Russian and English, with the ability to communicate clearly with international stakeholders and prepare professional documentation.Proven ability to work on-site in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, supply chain, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in project-based roles.Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a focus on meeting deadlines and quality standards.Competence in using project management software and standard office tools (e.g., MS Project, Excel, Word, and collaboration platforms).Experience with international or Middle East projects and familiarity with local business practices in Dubai is an advantage.
