Project Manager (Russian Speaker) Finance

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Project Manager (Russian Speaker) role based in Dubai. The Project Manager will oversee finance-related projects ( mortgage ) from initiation through completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. Daily responsibilities include coordinating project activities, tracking milestones, preparing status reports, and facilitating communication between internal teams, clients, and external partners, including Russian-speaking stakeholders. The role involves managing logistics and expediting processes, organizing inspections when required, and maintaining accurate documentation for project deliverables and financial approvals. The Project Manager will also identify risks, propose mitigation strategies, and support continuous improvement in project execution and reporting.QualificationsCandidates should possess skills in Project Management to plan, coordinate, and control finance-related projects effectively.Candidates should possess skills in Inspection to support quality checks, compliance reviews, and verification of project deliverables.Fluency in Russian and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills for working with multilingual stakeholders.Experience in finance, investment, or related fields, with the ability to understand project financials and reporting.Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to work collaboratively on-site in Dubai, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to evolving project needs.Independent mindset along with ability to manage a team
