Project Manager – SAP Support Services

RoleSystems Arabia is looking for an experienced Project Manager – SAP Support Services to lead SAP S/4HANA support operations. The ideal candidate will oversee service delivery, manage SAP consulting teams, ensure SLA compliance, and maintain effective stakeholder relationships.ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA support service delivery, ensuring adherence to SLAs and KPIs.Manage project governance, resource allocation, risk mitigation, and escalations.Prepare weekly progress updates and monthly service performance reports.Oversee incident management, change requests, releases, and escalations through ITSM tools.Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure business-process alignment and timely issue resolution.Ensure proper documentation, knowledge transfer, and compliance with cybersecurity and information-security standards.Requirements5+ years of experience managing IT projects, preferably SAP support or managed-service engagements.PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, PgMP, or equivalent certification.Experience leading 2–3 comparable SAP or government IT support projects.Strong understanding of SLAs, KPIs, IT service management, and resource planning.Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and executive reporting skills.Fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory.Saudi nationals preferred.ITIL certification, SAP S/4HANA knowledge, and Saudi government-sector experience will be an advantage.
