We are seeking a motivated Project Manager to join our growing leadership team and oversee projects from award through final completion.About the RoleThis is more than a traditional Project Manager position.We're looking for a highly organized, proactive leader who can successfully manage multiple projects while coordinating clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.You will work closely with company leadership to ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, leadership, and the confidence to make decisions in a fast-paced environment.ResponsibilitiesManage projects from contract award through closeout.Coordinate project schedules, budgets, and deliverables.Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, subcontractors, vendors, and project stakeholders.Conduct project kickoff meetings and coordinate ongoing project activities.Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement solutions proactively.Coordinate procurement of materials and equipment.Review project drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals, and change orders.Work closely with field supervisors and installation crews to ensure successful project execution.Track project costs, schedules, and milestones.Prepare project reports and communicate updates to executive leadership.Ensure compliance with safety requirements, contract specifications, and company standards.Support project closeout, warranty documentation, and final client acceptance.What We're Looking ForStrong leadership and organizational skills.Excellent communication and client relationship management.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.Self-motivated with a high level of ownership and accountability.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.Excellent attention to detail.Experience in construction, security systems, gate automation, electrical, low-voltage systems, or government contracting is highly preferred.Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, Project Management, or a related field is preferred but not required for exceptional candidates.Spanish-speaking candidates are encouraged to apply.
