Project Manager (Strategic Programs)Job PurposePlan, control, and manage the delivery of strategic initiatives and partnership projects by ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. Manage resources, timelines, and deliverables while enhancing operational effectiveness and stakeholder engagement.Core Responsibilities1. Strategy, Policy & ComplianceImplement strategic initiatives and partnership projects in line with organizational objectives and regulatory requirementsDevelop and apply risk mitigation strategiesEnsure adherence to policies, processes, and compliance standardsHandle sensitive and confidential information with discretion2. Strategic Project Planning & ExecutionDevelop detailed project plans including scope, timelines, resources, and deliverablesCoordinate cross-functional teams to ensure effective execution within scope, budget, and deadlinesManage full project lifecycle from initiation to closureAllocate and optimize resources effectivelyIdentify risks, issues, and implement corrective actionsMonitor project performance and provide updates to senior leadership3. Stakeholder & Partnership ManagementAct as primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholdersCollaborate with partners, sponsors, and vendors to align objectivesFacilitate meetings and maintain ongoing communicationEnsure smooth coordination and stakeholder alignment4. Event ExecutionLead execution of events, workshops, conferences, and strategic initiativesManage logistics including venue, scheduling, vendors, catering, and setupEnsure end-to-end operational readiness and post-event evaluation5. Project Performance ManagementTrack KPIs including budget, milestones, and stakeholder satisfactionConduct post-project reviews and identify improvement opportunitiesImplement continuous process improvements6. Reporting & Budget ManagementPrepare and submit timely project progress and performance reportsMonitor project budgets, scope, timelines, and benefits7.
