Your new companyHays are excited to partner exclusively with TSA Riley for the recruitment of talented Project Managers with experience in Water and Power / Energy infrastructure projects. Your new role As a Project Manager, you will lead the full project lifecycle of Utilities projects in the Northern Territory. Your role will involve the oversight of the project scoping, design, planning and execution, as well as client liaison and stakeholder management. This is a full-time role located in Darwin, with regular travel to site required. Your key responsibilities will be:Liaise with Clients and identify project requirements.Prepare project scope, budget, safety and programme, ensuring adherence to industry legislation and standards.Coordinate and oversee the development of project design.Lead project procurement including contracts management and coordination of Consultants and Contractors.Implement and oversee project programme.Monitor and report on project progress, including on cost, time, quality and potential risks.Review, negotiate and process project variations.Manage project documentation and liaise with relevant authorities to obtain required permits and approvals.What you'll need to succeedTo be successful in this role you will have:Qualifications in Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Architecture, Project Management or a relevant technical field.Demonstrated experience in Project Management, Project Engineering, or Project Coordination within utilities, particularly Power/Energy and Water.Exposure to hydraulic systems and hydraulics-related projects is highly desirable.Excellent time-management and organisational skills.Strong communication, interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills.What you'll get in returnYou will have the opportunity to develop your skills in Construction Project Management while managing and delivering key Water / Hydraulic and Power / Energy infrastructure projects in the Northern Territory.
