Senior Project Manager – Warehouse Development & Automation📍 Dubai, UAE📅 2-Year ContractWe are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of a major new pharmaceutical warehouse development in Dubai.This is a greenfield project, with the successful candidate taking ownership from design and concept through construction, fit-out, systems implementation, automation, commissioning and operational go-live.You will act as the central point between internal stakeholders, external consultants, architects, contractors, technology providers and regulatory authorities, ensuring all workstreams are aligned and the project is delivered successfully against key milestones.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the project end-to-end from initial design through to operational go-live and optimisationDevelop and manage the overall project plan, milestones, dependencies and critical pathCoordinate architects, consultants, contractors, technology vendors and internal stakeholdersManage warehouse construction, fit-out and operational-readiness workstreamsManage regulatory, compliance and authority-approval requirementsSupport the design and implementation of WMS and wider systems integrationsAssess opportunities for warehouse automation, robotics and advanced technologiesBuild commercial and ROI cases around automation and technology investmentEnsure the facility and infrastructure are designed to support future expansion and automationDrive testing, commissioning, handover and successful operational readinessWhat We’re Looking ForStrong experience delivering large-scale warehouse, distribution centre or logistics infrastructure projectsProven end-to-end project management experience across design, construction, fit-out and go-livePharmaceutical, healthcare or another highly regulated industry background is highly desirableUnderstanding of regulated warehouse environments would be advantageousExperience with WMS, ERP and systems integration; Oracle exposure would be beneficialStrong vendor, contractor and senior stakeholder management skillsCommercial understanding of CAPEX, investment cases and ROIUAE project experience and knowledge of local authorities and approval processes would be highly advantageousWe are particularly interested in people who can look beyond simply delivering today's requirements and help create a future-proof, technology-enabled warehouse operation that can evolve as the business grows.If you have delivered a major warehouse development from concept through to go-live and are interested in a long-term project in Dubai, please get in touch.
