Giftaway® offers a convenient way to shop, making it easier for customers to purchase and redeem digital gift cards.Role DescriptionWe are looking for a detail-oriented Project Manager with enough technical background to lead the successful planning, execution, and delivery of web development projects. You’ll work closely with our developers, acting as a critical bridge between them and the other departments; translating client requirements into actionable solutions, managing timelines, and ensuring a seamless experience for the team from requirements gathering to launch.You’ll deliver top-quality outputs and aim for minimal critical post-launch bugs by combining exceptional communication, rigorous quality assurance, and proactive risk management.ResponsibilitiesTechnical Solutions & AdvisoryAct as a technical solution expert for account managers and product owners: translating technical concepts, functionalities, and limitations into client-friendly language.Translate client requirements into clear, actionable documentation for engineering and design teams.Assist in diagnosing and resolving technical challenges during the development lifecycle.Project Management & CommunicationLead end-to-end project management for web development initiatives—from kickoff to post-launch closure.Develop and maintain detailed project plans, milestones, and scope documentation.Serve as the main point of communication between Account Management, Engineering, and other internal teams.Run regular project status meetings, offering clear updates on progress, risks, and issues.Identify project risks early and implement mitigation strategies to keep delivery on track.Ensure timely relay of client feedback, requirement updates, and scope changes to the technical team.Foster effective collaboration across design, development, and account management functions.Quality Assurance & Pre/Post Launch ValidationDesign and execute comprehensive QA test plans for functionality, usability, responsiveness, and cross-browser compatibility.Track, document, and prioritize bugs, working closely with developers to resolve them.Conduct regression testing after fixes and new feature implementations.Oversee pre-launch technical checklists and approvals, ensuring all components are verified before go-live.Validate overall website performance and system integrity pre- and post-launch.Role, Mission, and GoalsStrengthen Cross-Functional CollaborationTranslate client and product requirements to technical requirements and vice versaReduce communication-related blockers and delaysSet Manageable Timelines for StakeholdersHandle timeline management communication between teamsAssist the development team with task prioritizationDeliver Bug-Free LaunchesCreate, run, and automate test plans catered to specific projects and productsDocument defects during the development process and iterate on verification processes to prevent recurrencesSkills & QualificationsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsHighly organized with exceptional attention to detailProactive problem solver with strong risk management instinctsComfortable working in fast-paced, cross-functional team environmentsAbility to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities simultaneouslyStrong stakeholder management and negotiation skillsFamiliarity with QA methodologies, browser testing, and responsive design principlesFamiliarity with Agile methodologies and sprint planningProficient in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence)Ability to write technical documentation and translate between technical and non-technical audiencesStrong understanding of web development processes (HTML, CSS, JavaScript basics, CMS platforms)Technical background or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Scrum Master, ISTQB) are a plus
