Insurance Restoration Project ManagerLakeside Restoration | Twin Cities, MN | Full-TimeLakeside Restoration is seeking an experienced Insurance Restoration Project Manager to oversee residential and large-loss reconstruction projects throughout the Twin Cities.We are looking for someone who is highly organized, proactive, accountable, and comfortable taking full ownership of projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate understands both construction and the insurance restoration process and can manage customers, subcontractors, schedules, budgets, and project documentation without constant oversight.ResponsibilitiesManage insurance reconstruction projects from handoff through final completionCreate and maintain project schedulesCoordinate subcontractors, vendors, materials, permits, and inspectionsConduct regular jobsite visits and quality-control checksCommunicate consistently with homeowners, adjusters, subcontractors, and internal staffReview insurance scopes and identify missing items or supplement opportunitiesMonitor project budgets, subcontractor costs, change orders, and profitabilityMaintain accurate project notes, photos, documentation, and progress updatesIdentify potential delays or problems early and develop solutionsEnsure proper trade sequencing and material availabilityMaintain strong relationships with subcontractors and vendorsKeep projects moving efficiently while maintaining quality and customer satisfactionQualifications3+ years of project management experience preferredInsurance restoration experience strongly preferredFire, water, large-loss, or reconstruction experience is a major plusStrong understanding of residential construction and trade sequencingFamiliarity with Xactimate and insurance estimating preferredExperience reviewing scopes, supplements, and change ordersStrong communication and customer-service skillsAbility to manage multiple active projects at the same timeStrong organizational and problem-solving skillsUnderstanding of project budgets and cost controlComfortable holding subcontractors and vendors accountableValid driver's license and clean driving recordWhat We Are Looking ForWe want a Project Manager with an ownership mentality.You should know what is happening on your projects, what is scheduled next, what materials are needed, what issues could create delays, and where the project stands financially.We value PMs who communicate before they are asked, solve problems quickly, protect subcontractor relationships, and take responsibility for the overall success of their projects.Compensation$70,000–$100,000 annual base salary based on experienceAdditional commission structure based on experience and performanceCompany BenefitsCompany vehicleCompany gas cardCompany cell phoneCompany laptopPaid Time Off (PTO)Growth and advancement opportunities within a rapidly expanding restoration companyJob Type: Full-TimeLocation: Twin Cities Metro AreaIndustry: Insurance Restoration / Reconstruction
