That growth creates a need for someone who can keep several projects moving at once while helping the team scale its internal processes.About the RoleOffice Project Manager
Follow up until action items are complete.Triage incoming email and project requests, identify priorities, route work to the right people, and track responses.Coordinate the movement of briefs, messaging, design drafts, revisions, proofs, feedback, approvals, and final deliverables.Work with print, signage, fabrication, installation, and other marketing vendors to confirm specifications, estimates, proofs, timelines, and delivery.Keep shared files and versions organized so everyone is working from the correct materials.Support hiring by scheduling interviews, communicating with candidates and interviewers, collecting feedback, and coordinating next steps.Help build repeatable processes for status updates, project handoffs, onboarding, and workload visibility as the firm grows.Spot risks to timelines, scope, or quality early and help the team resolve them.Required SkillsExperience coordinating multiple projects in a creative agency, marketing team, professional services firm, or another deadline-driven setting.Strong organization and written communication skills. You can turn a lengthy discussion into a short, useful list of decisions and next steps.Sound judgment when priorities compete and the confidence to follow up with colleagues, clients, and vendors.Comfort with calendars, shared documents, spreadsheets, and project management tools.Careful attention to details in schedules, proofs, files, and handoffs.A steady, service-minded approach when plans change or several people need your help at once.This is a team that takes time to understand what makes each client distinct and translates that understanding into clear, thoughtful work. Relationships and personal accountability matter here. As the firm takes on larger, more complex assignments, you will help preserve that close collaboration while building the structure the next stage of growth requires.
