Go Tech is part of the 360 Holding conglomerate (https://www.360holding.ae/) and works closely with its affiliated businesses engaged in education (LFJM and 360 schools), business consultancy services (360 Consultancy) and DIFC based fund management (Tharaa).Job SummaryThe Project Planner will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and monitoring detailed project schedules and programmes for construction projects. The role will ensure that project activities are properly planned, coordinated, and monitored against approved timelines, milestones, and contractual requirements.The Project Planner will work closely with Project Managers, site teams, consultants, subcontractors, procurement, engineering, commercial, and other stakeholders to track progress, identify delays and risks, and support timely project completion.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain detailed project schedules, programmes, and baseline schedules.Prepare project work programmes covering engineering, procurement, construction, testing, commissioning, and handover activities.Develop detailed short-term, weekly, and monthly programmes in coordination with project teams.Monitor actual project progress against the approved baseline programme.Collect and verify progress information from site teams, subcontractors, consultants, and other stakeholders.Update project schedules regularly and analyse schedule performance.Identify delays, slippages, critical activities, and potential risks at an early stage.Monitor the critical path and advise the Project Manager of activities that may affect project completion.Prepare progress reports, dashboards, look-ahead programmes, and schedule updates for management and client/consultant review.Coordinate with procurement and engineering teams to monitor material approvals, procurement activities, deliveries, and long-lead items.Coordinate with subcontractors to review and monitor their programmes and progress.Assist project teams in developing recovery programmes when delays occur.Analyse the impact of variations, changes, delays, and additional works on project schedules.Support the preparation of Extension of Time (EOT) submissions and delay analysis when required.Coordinate with the commercial and contracts teams regarding programme-related contractual requirements and claims.Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field.5–8 years of relevant experience in project planning and scheduling within the construction industry.UAE/GCC construction experience is preferred.Proven experience working on medium to large-scale construction projects.Strong knowledge of construction planning, scheduling, progress monitoring, and reporting.Hands-on experience with Primavera P6 is highly preferred.Good knowledge of MS Project and Microsoft Excel.Knowledge of construction methodologies, sequencing, and project controls.Knowledge of FIDIC contracts and Extension of Time (EOT) procedures is an advantage.Key Skills & CompetenciesProject planning and schedulingPrimavera P6Progress monitoring and reportingCritical path analysisDelay and risk identificationRecovery programme developmentResource planningConstruction sequencingSubcontractor programme managementEOT and delay analysisStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and coordination skillsAttention to detailTime managementAbility to work under pressure and meet project deadlines
