Join a team that contributes to impactful national projects, develops its own innovative products, and grows with every challenge.Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Planning Engineer to lead strategic planning governance, portfolio oversight, and planning service delivery for large-scale telecommunications infrastructure and network deployment programs.Key ResponsibilitiesLead overall planning strategy, governance, and service delivery.Oversee planning activities across multiple telecommunications projects.Establish planning standards, KPIs, and reporting frameworks.Direct portfolio scheduling, resource planning, and risk management.Manage executive stakeholder relationships.Lead planning managers and multidisciplinary teams.Ensure alignment with project objectives and contractual commitments.Drive planning assurance and continuous improvement.Oversee escalations, recovery planning, and critical delivery issues.Qualifications and RequirementsBachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related discipline.Minimum 12 years of relevant planning and project delivery experience.Proven leadership in large-scale telecommunications network rollout programs.Strong expertise in portfolio governance and project controls.Advanced knowledge of Primavera P6 and MS Project.Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification is preferred.Experience with major telecom operators or network vendors is an advantage.
