We value accuracy, accountability, transparency, collaboration, and continuous improvement.The RoleWe are seeking an experienced Project Planning Manager / Scheduling Coordinator to manage project schedules, monitor progress, coordinate planning activities, and provide clear performance insights to project stakeholders. The role requires strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to translate project information into practical schedules, forecasts, reports, and recovery plans.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain detailed project schedules covering activities, milestones, dependencies, resources, and critical paths.Establish baseline schedules and monitor actual progress against approved plans.Track project performance, identify schedule variances, delays, risks, and potential impacts on key milestones.Coordinate with project managers, engineers, contractors, consultants, suppliers, and internal teams to collect accurate progress information.Prepare progress updates, look-ahead schedules, forecasts, dashboards, and management reports.Analyze schedule performance and recommend corrective or recovery actions where required.Support resource planning, workload forecasting, sequencing, and project delivery optimization.Maintain project planning databases, trackers, documentation, and scheduling records.Monitor critical activities, interfaces, dependencies, constraints, and potential bottlenecks.Support delay analysis, change management, variations, and impact assessments.Coordinate regular planning meetings and ensure actions, deadlines, and commitments are properly tracked.Provide management with clear visibility of project status, risks, forecasts, and delivery priorities.Work with finance, procurement, engineering, operations, and commercial teams to align project plans with business requirements.Identify opportunities to improve planning processes, reporting standards, scheduling accuracy, and project controls.Requirements3+ years of professional experience in project planning, scheduling, project controls, construction, engineering, infrastructure, or a related field.Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management, Business, or a related discipline is preferred.Strong understanding of project scheduling, critical path analysis, progress measurement, forecasting, and project controls.Experience working with complex projects involving multiple stakeholders, activities, dependencies, and deadlines.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.Ability to interpret project data, identify trends, assess risks, and provide practical recommendations.Familiarity with project scheduling, reporting, spreadsheet, dashboard, or project management tools.Strong communication and coordination skills with the ability to work across multidisciplinary teams.Ability to manage competing priorities and work independently in a remote environment.Professional certifications are not required unless specifically requested.Strong English communication skills.What We OfferFully remote, part-time work supporting international projects and multidisciplinary teams.Opportunity to contribute to project planning, scheduling, forecasting, risk management, and delivery performance.Exposure to complex projects across construction, engineering, infrastructure, and business operations.Collaboration with project managers, engineers, commercial teams, contractors, and senior stakeholders.Access to modern scheduling, project controls, analytics, reporting, and collaboration tools.Competitive compensation aligned with experience and responsibilities.Opportunities for professional growth, technical development, and long-term career progression.
