In this position, the coordinator oversees project timelines, tracks deliverables, and ensures all stakeholders are informed and aligned with project objectives. Daily tasks include expediting orders and materials, coordinating logistics between suppliers and restaurant teams, and organizing inspection activities to meet quality and compliance standards. The role involves preparing status reports, maintaining project documentation, and supporting managers with scheduling, resource allocation, and issue resolution. The coordinator also collaborates closely with operations and logistics staff to streamline processes, reduce delays, and support effective execution of restaurant programs.Qualifications Candidates should possess expeditor and expediting skills to manage order flows and accelerate critical tasks and deliveries.Candidates should possess project management skills to plan, organize, and monitor project activities, timelines, and resources.Candidates should possess inspection skills to support quality checks, compliance reviews, and verification of goods and services.Candidates should possess logistics management skills to coordinate transportation, inventory, and supplier communication.Relevant experience in hospitality, restaurant operations, or a similar fast-paced environment is beneficial.Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.Effective written and verbal communication skills in English; additional language skills are an advantage.Proficiency with basic office software and project tracking tools; familiarity with ERP or logistics systems is a plus.Ability to work collaboratively on-site, adapt to changing requirements, and maintain a professional demeanor with internal and external partners.
