Project Sales Engineer

Project Sales Engineer - Fire Systems (Fit-out & Projects) Experience: 3–4 Years (UAE - Fire Protection Market) Location: DubaiJob PurposeDrive business growth by identifying, pitching, and securing new project and interior fit-out contracts for fire protection, detection, and fire suppression systems.Key Responsibilities

• Business Development & Sales: Prospect, generate, and qualify leads for new construction, MEP, and commercial/residential fit-out projects.
• Client & Channel Acquisition: Build and maintain active relationships with interior fit-out contractors, MEP consultants, main contractors, and project managers.
• Estimation & Proposal Support: Coordinate with technical teams to review project drawings, BOQs, and specifications to prepare competitive commercial proposals.
• Negotiation & Closing: Lead technical-commercial discussions, negotiate terms, and secure signed contracts/purchase orders.
• Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales revenue and gross margin targets.
• Market Intelligence: Track upcoming construction and fit-out projects, competitor pricing, and market trends.Requirements & Qualifications
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Fire Protection Engineering
• Experience: 3 to 4 years of proven direct sales experience in fire systems (alarm, firefighting, fire suppression) within project and fit-out sectors.
• Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of local civil defense codes, NFPA standards, and fit-out project workflows.
• Skills: Excellent negotiation, presentation, and client-relationship skills. Proficient in reading MEP/Architectural drawings.
• License: Valid driver’s license required.Remuneration & Benefits
