Project Sales Manager

We are looking for a high-performing Project Sales Manager to drive business growth across the UAE and wider GCC region, delivering tailored premium lighting solutions for complex, large-scale projects.You will be responsible for identifying and winning new business, managing key client relationships, and leading project sales from opportunity creation to final execution. This role requires a strong ability to combine technical understanding with commercial excellence. Responsibilities:Drive new business development and revenue growth across UAE and wider in GCC marketsBuild and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, developers, and key stakeholdersIdentify opportunities early and lead projects from design/specification stage through tender and awardDevelop and present tailored lighting solutions aligned with client and project requirementsOwn the preparation of commercial proposals, technical submissions, and negotiationsEnsure high levels of customer satisfaction through end-to-end project supportCollaborate cross-functionally (Product, Design, Supply Chain) to ensure successful and timely deliveryManage multiple high-value projects simultaneously with strong execution disciplineRequirements：Strong expertise in sales, business development, and client relationship managementProven experience in project sales, within lighting, electrical, construction, or building materials sectorsSolid technical understanding of lighting systems and solutions, with the ability to customize proposalsDemonstrated success in managing and closing complex, large-scale projectsExcellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skillsStrong organizational and time management capabilities, with the ability to handle multiple projects in parallelAbility to work independently while thriving in a high-performance team environmentBachelor’s degree, Fluent in English and ArabicValid UAE driving license (mandatory)
