Project Site Engineer

We're Hiring: Site Engineer – Interior Fit-Out | Dubai 🇦🇪Tesseract Interiors is looking for a Site Engineer to join our growing team.🔧 Role & Responsibilities:• Manage day-to-day execution of interior fit-out projects on site.• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure smooth project delivery.• Review drawings, monitor site progress, and resolve technical issues.• Prepare project schedules, BOQs, material requirements, and weekly progress reports.• Attend site and client meetings, ensuring clear communication and timely follow-up.• Coordinate authority inspections and ensure compliance with Dubai building regulations, safety standards, and project specifications.• Monitor quality, timelines, and site productivity while maintaining high standards of workmanship.📌 Requirements:▪︎ Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.▪︎ Minimum 3 years of UAE experience in Interior Fit-Out/Civil Works (mandatory).▪︎ Good knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Office, and BOQ preparation.▪︎ Familiarity with Dubai authority procedures, site execution, and building standards.▪︎ UAE Driving Licence (mandatory).▪︎ Immediate availability to join.▪︎ Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.💰 Salary: Based on experience📍 Location: Dubai (On-site)📩 Interested candidates may send their CV.We kindly request interested candidates to apply only if they meet the mentioned requirements and are genuinely interested in the opportunity.
