Project Site Engineer

Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Civil Engineer/Project Engineer for site supervision at Al Shandagha Architects & Engineering Consultants in Dubai. The role involves tasks such as Civil Engineering, Site Development, and Quality Control.QualificationsCivil - Site supervision experience in Villas and BuildingsQuality Control skillsExperience in civil engineering projectsExcellent problem-solving and analytical skillsEffective communication and teamwork abilitiesProject management experience is a plusBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field• Provide regular progress reports to the client and internal stakeholders.• Provide technical support during the construction supervision phase, addressing any issues that arise.• Drive progression via coordination meetings, ensuring all structural obligations are met.• Liaise with contractors, and regulatory authorities to ensure compliance with requirements.Knowledge and Experience:• 5-7 years of experience-Site supervision experience in Villas and Buildings.• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively.• Excellent project management and coordination skills, including experience overseeing the work of contractors, consultants, and other stakeholders.
