This role acts as the central liaisonbetween customers and internal teams including sales, logistics, after-sales, marketing, training,3PLs, external suppliers, and finance. The primary objective is to ensure exceptional customerexperience, installation quality, and adherence to delivery and installation protocols across thenetwork.Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate big projects with all related departments (Customer Service & Logistics, Sales,Marketing, After Sales, Master Trainings, 3PL, External Suppliers, Finance) from tendernegotiation until project handover and cash collection.
- Address all customer inquiries to the appropriate departments to provide the best possiblecustomer experience.
- Ensure adequate installation competence coverage of the installation network (3PLs, AfterSales Technicians) through e-learning platform certification, training classes, and on-thejobverification.
- Verify the cascading of Delivery & Installation Guidelines and Protocols across the network,including fixing requirements.
- Monitor market feedback (NPS, FFM, Snagging) to identify failures in delivery andinstallation processes; propose solutions and escalate to Quality and Logisticsdepartments as needed.
- Perform quality audits on installations to verify that Delivery & Installation protocols areduly respected by logistic partners.
- Monitor the correct use and adoption of the Installation Form.
- Perform audits to verify that products requiring fixing are duly installed.
- Verify that logistic partners are compliant with HSE requirements and contractualobligations regarding required certifications.
- Manage the Snagging Process including work order analysis, root cause identification,problem-solving activities, and cost allocation.
- Prepare and share periodic reporting with Country Management and Headquarters tomonitor Quality Delivery & Installation KPIs.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Category MetricsQualitySnagging orders percentage (D&I), R100% (D&I failure), E-learning training course completion rate Skill matrix coverage, Percentage of returned orders for D&I issues, NPS improvementCategory MetricsEconomics Snagging intervention cost reduction, Overdue reduction, Avoidance of penalties from B2B customersTiming Snagging work order lead time (D&I related)Key Technical Skills
- Technical product knowledge (after-sales background recommended)
- Analytical skills
- Proficient use of Microsoft Excel

- Strong communication skillsRequirements
- Valid UAE driver’s license (mandatory)
- Charismatic personality – confident, able to represent the company well, build strongrapport, and demonstrate leadership skills
- Fluent Arabic
- Experience as a Project Coordinator or Specialist in a design, fit-out, or interior company,with the ability to read and understand design layouts (e.g., placement, flooring,equipment positioning)
- Technical knowledge is an advantage but not mandatory
- Strong ability to manage on-site operations in line with company standards
