World-class Boston-area University seeks a proactive relationship builder for their Program Coordinator role. Will help to plan, organize and execute a variety of education programs and events.Program CoordinatorSalary - $63-67KHybrid – 3 days/week in the office

Responsibilities

Collaborate with colleagues, program directors, other staff, faculty, clients and vendors in the delivery of world class education programs to companies and individuals.Responsible for planning and organizing logistics and operations for a selection of programs.Manage logistics including pre, post, and on-site coordination of full event lifecycle; pivots easily between the different tasks required for planning on-site and live online program deliveriesOrganizes catering needs for on-site programs including dinners and receptionsArranges external program vendors (i.e. transportation, photographers, boat cruises, and graphic facilitators) and negotiates all contracts and pricingManages all technical aspects of live online program deliveries including participant troubleshooting, faculty training, platform exploration, and video editingBalances the requirements of numerous programs in varied stages of planning and with overlapping schedules and deadlinesRepresents the administrative face of the programs to clients, vendors and participants and provides superior customer service experience to all parties

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree with a minimum 2 years of academic administration or industry and/or project/program management experienceDemonstrated ability to provide excellent customer/client serviceAbility to multitask and work effectively in a demanding work environment with changing priorities and limited supervisionExcellent oral and written communication and solid presentation skills required
