Project Specialist (PMO & Data Analytics)

Our client, a leading free zone in Dubai, is looking for a Project Specialist to join their PMO team.This role is ideal for candidates with a strong background in project execution, strategy, business intelligence, or data analytics, who enjoy driving cross-functional initiatives and using data to support business decisions.This is not a software engineering or coding role. We are looking for someone who understands data tools and analytics, while having hands-on experience coordinating and delivering business projects.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the planning, coordination, and execution of strategic projects across the business.Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.Analyze business and project data to generate meaningful insights and support decision-making.Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency.Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior stakeholders.Support the PMO in monitoring project progress, risks, timelines, and deliverables.Leverage data, AI, and business intelligence tools to improve project outcomes.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Business, Management, Engineering, Data Science, or another quantitative discipline.2-4 years of experience in Project Coordination, PMO, Strategy, Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or a similar role.Strong understanding of project execution and stakeholder management.Working knowledge of SQL, Python, or R (understanding and practical use; this is not a software development role).Experience using data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.UAE-based candidates only.PreferredBackground in Strategy Consulting or Management Consulting.Experience within strategy teams, PMOs, or high-growth business environments.Master's degree is an advantage.Exposure to process improvement initiatives and leveraging AI within business operations.If you have a blend of project management, business strategy, and data analytics, we'd love to hear from you.
