Project Specialist - PMO

We are currently partnering with a leading organisation in Dubai to recruit a Project Specialist to join its PMO team.This is not a traditional project coordination role. We are looking for someone who can demonstrate genuine end-to-end project ownership, taking projects from initial scoping and planning through execution, stakeholder management, implementation and final completion.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and deliver strategic projects from initiation through to completion, ensuring clear objectives, timelines, deliverables and measurable outcomes.Work cross-functionally with multiple departments to identify challenges, streamline processes and implement business improvements.Analyse business data and KPIs, translating findings into actionable recommendations for senior leadership.Drive AI, automation and digital transformation initiatives, identifying opportunities to integrate technology into business operations. Prepare high-impact presentations and project updates for senior management.Manage project risks, priorities and stakeholders while handling multiple concurrent initiatives.What We're Looking For2–3 years' experience across project management, strategy, operations, transformation or management consulting. MBA or Master's degree in Business, Management or a related discipline.Demonstrable experience personally owning projects end-to-end, rather than solely supporting individual workstreams.Strong stakeholder-management, analytical and problem-solving skills.Exposure to AI, automation or digital transformation projects is highly desirable.
