Project Store Administration Senior Specialist

Job PurposeResponsible for material receipt, inspection, storage, issuance, and disposal processes to ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency. Maintains stock records, storage systems, and safety standards while ensuring continuous material availability for project operations.Duties & ResponsibilitiesOversee unloading, inspection, and storage of materials in assigned locationsCheck material quantities and specifications against purchasing documentsOrganize storage areas per manufacturer’s guidelines and company safety proceduresMonitor and replenish material levels to avoid shortagesMaintain accurate stock records and filing system in line with company proceduresIssue/distribute materials to labor, subcontractors, and clients per company proceduresRecommend and coordinate disposal of excess, defective, or expired materialsRequirementsBachelor's degree.6+ years of relevant experience in store/material management.Hands-on experience in EPC projects, preferably Power Plants and Substations.Good knowledge of inventory management and ERP systems.Proficiency in MS Office applications.Good command of English.
