We Are HiringProject Studies SpecialistOperation & Maintenance | Facility ManagementWe are looking for a talented Project Studies Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in preparing technical, financial, and commercial studies for Operation, Maintenance, and Cleaning projects, supporting business development activities and contributing to successful tender submissions.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare technical, financial, and commercial feasibility studies for Operation & Maintenance and Facility Management projects.Conduct market research, analyze competitors, and assess market demand.Develop financial models, including Cash Flow, NPV, IRR, Break-even Analysis, and project profitability assessments.Perform risk assessments and sensitivity analyses to support strategic decision-making.Participate in the preparation of tender and bid submissions, ensuring accurate financial and commercial proposals.Prepare budget performance reports and variance analyses.Coordinate with relevant governmental and regulatory authorities when required.Develop professional presentations and reports for executive management and stakeholders.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting.Experience3–7 years of relevant experience in feasibility studies, financial analysis, project planning, or bid management, preferably within the Operation & Maintenance, Facility Management, or Cleaning Services sector.Technical SkillsAdvanced Microsoft Excel with strong financial modeling capabilities.Proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.Strong analytical and quantitative skills.Personal SkillsExcellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.Strong communication and presentation skills.High level of accuracy and attention to detail.Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.Reporting LineReports administratively to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) or the General Manager, in accordance with the company's organizational structure.If you are passionate about project evaluation, financial analysis, and contributing to the success of large-scale Operation & Maintenance projects, we would love to hear from you.
