Project Supervisor

Kopi Kenangan is currently looking for a Project Supervisor to oversee our cafe/ retail store fit-out and construction projects from planning through handover. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has experience managing multiple projects while ensuring quality, safety, budget, and timelines are met.Ideal Candidate Profile:Minimum 2 years of experience as a Project Supervisor, preferably in the retail or F&B industry.Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field.Proficient in AutoCAD.Able to prepare and modify working drawings, including single-line electrical diagrams.Experience managing multiple store fit-out or construction projects simultaneously.Familiar with construction drawings, site coordination, quality control, project documentation, and MEP coordination.Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and workplace safety requirements.Strong project management, communication, coordination, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.Able to prepare project schedules, monitor progress, and develop S-curves to track planned versus actual construction progress.Willing to travel frequently for site supervision.Job Role:Manage and supervise store fit-out and construction projects from start to finish.Coordinate with contractors, consultants, landlords, and internal stakeholders.Monitor project progress, quality, budget, and timelines to ensure successful project delivery.Review and interpret construction and technical drawings.Coordinate MEP works and ensure compliance with project specifications.Prepare project reports, schedules, and progress updates.More about Kenangan Brands:Kopi Kenangan, a much loved coffee chain store with more than 1100 outlets across Indonesia;Kenangan Coffee Malaysia with more than 180 coffee chain stores;Kenangan Coffee Singapore with 10 stores;Kenangan Coffee India launched in April 2025, 6 stores with aggressive growth plan;Kenangan Coffee can also be found in Australia and the Philippines; andKopi Kenangan Botol, our Ready-To-Drink FMCG subsidiary.Interested candidate please send updated resume to apac.jobs@kopikenangan.com
