Project Supervisor

We are looking for a responsible, customer-focused, and organized Valet Parking Supervisor to oversee daily valet parking operations and ensure efficient service delivery. The successful candidate will supervise valet staff, coordinate with relevant departments, maintain operational standards, and ensure a safe, professional, and welcoming experience for guests.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise daily valet parking operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.Prepare staff duty schedules, monitor attendance, and allocate manpower according to operational requirements.Oversee vehicle parking, retrieval, and key management procedures to ensure accuracy and security.Coordinate with concierge, reception, security, and client representatives to support seamless guest services.Maintain high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction.Handle customer complaints and resolve operational issues professionally and promptly.Monitor staff performance, grooming, conduct, and compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).Prepare daily operational reports, attendance records, and incident reports as required.Ensure compliance with site safety procedures, operational guidelines, and client requirements.Provide professional assistance to VIP guests and other visitors as required.Support staff training and promote teamwork, accountability, and continuous service improvement.Qualifications and RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent. A relevant supervisory or hospitality qualification is an advantage.2–3 years of experience in valet parking, parking operations, or a related hospitality service role.Previous supervisory or team leadership experience is preferred.A valid UAE driving license is an advantage.Good communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.Ability to supervise a team, organize work schedules, and resolve operational challenges.Basic computer skills for preparing reports, maintaining attendance records, and updating operational documentation.Understanding of workplace health and safety procedures.A professional attitude, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.Interested candidates with relevant experience are encouraged to apply and join our team in delivering excellent customer service and efficient valet parking operations.
