We are looking for a Project Coordinator to join a well-established mechanical services organization in Richmond, BC.About the Opportunity:In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating installation projects from initial request through to completion and billing. You will support estimators and field teams, manage scheduling and documentation, and ensure all aspects of each project are properly planned, tracked, and executed.You’ll play a central role in keeping projects on track—balancing customer communication, scheduling, procurement, permitting, and administrative coordination in a highly collaborative environment.What We Offer:Competitive salary: $55,000–$68,000+ (depending on experience)3 weeks vacation to startExtended health and dental benefits (Manulife)$300 annual wellness subsidyOn-site parkingOn-site gymCompany events and team activitiesStable, supportive, team-oriented environment with growth opportunityKey Responsibilities:Manage incoming installation project quote requests and assign to appropriate team membersReview bidding documents, drawings, and scopes of work for new opportunitiesSupport estimators and managers in preparing quotes and proposalsCoordinate full project lifecycle from intake through to completion and billingPlan, schedule, and manage field technician work calendarsSchedule site visits with customers when requiredCoordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and equipment rentalsOrder materials and equipment for upcoming projectsAssist in gathering supplier pricing and supporting project estimating effortsProvide required documentation to customers (insurance certificates, WCB clearance letters, etc.)Track, reconcile, and update labour, materials, and equipment entries in internal systemsSupport warranty registrations and coordinate service follow-ups or recallsProvide ongoing project updates to customers and internal stakeholdersLiaise with property managers, building operators, and technicians to resolve project issuesSupport general administrative and operational tasks as requiredQualifications:Administrative and/or customer service experience in a service-based environmentExperience in mechanical trades, construction, or service operations is an asset (not required)Previous project coordination or project management experience is an advantageExcellent written and verbal English communication skillsStrong organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracyAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)Experience with CRM or service management systems is an assetStrong problem-solving skills with a professional, customer-focused approachAbility to collaborate effectively with field technicians and internal teamsDemonstrated initiative and interest in process improvementAdditional Details:Location: Richmond, BC (fully on-site, Monday–Friday)Immediate opening with interviews underwayFull-time, permanent roleIf you’re looking for a role where you can take ownership of end-to-end project coordination, support field operations, and grow within a stable and technical environment, we’d love to hear from you.ABOUT US:TPD is a leading workforce solutions provider with a mission to help individuals succeed by providing access to opportunities in jobs, careers, and professional development.
