Project Support Engineer (Spanish Speaking)

As a leading company in the technology and engineering sector, we are looking to strengthen our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia with an Project Support Engineer (Ayudante de Proyecto) with a high level of Spanish, to support project coordination and execution on one of our key projects in the Kingdom, working hand in hand with the Project Manager and acting as a key link between the Spanish head office and local teams.💡What will you do?Support the Project Manager in the daily coordination, planning, and execution of the project.Monitor project schedules, budgets, and deliverables, identifying risks and deviations.Prepare and update project documentation, reports, and progress presentations.Act as a point of contact between the Spanish head office and local teams and stakeholders in Saudi Arabia.Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and client representatives on site.Support procurement, invoicing, and administrative project management tasks.Assist in the preparation of technical and commercial documentation.Organize and follow up on project meetings, minutes, and action items.Support compliance with local administrative and legal requirements related to the project.🎯What are we looking for?Don't worry if you don't meet 100% of what we're looking for.
