Project Technician/ Project Engineer

The role contributes to the development, optimization and documentation of technical systems and production-related equipment while ensuring smooth coordination between engineering, production and external partners. This position is based in Pritzwalk, Germany, where our production site is located.The Role/Responsibilities: Support the planning and implementation of technical projects from initial concept through design, specification, and executionCreate technical drawings for individual components and assemblies using 2D and 3D CAD systemsPrepare part lists, manufacturing drawings, and technical documentation based on measurements, design specifications, or existing documentationSupport the commissioning of technical systems and production equipmentAnalyse existing technical systems and production processes and identify opportunities for improvement and optimizationCollaborate closely with the Engineering and Production Engineering departments to support technical developments and operational improvementsContribute to the integration of new technologies into existing production systems and infrastructureCoordinate and support external contractors and service providers during smaller technical projectsPerform technical support tasks such as technical research, measurements, clarifications, and drawing preparationSupport engineering teams in maintaining accurate technical documentation and design recordsProfile/Requirements:Ideally a technical degree or technician qualification (not mandatory)Strong technical understanding and hands-on experience in an industrial environmentExtensive experience in technical design using 2D and 3D CAD software (experience with Autodesk solutions is an advantage)Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working styleStrong teamwork and communication skillsGood organizational skills with a hands-on mindsetFluency in German and English is requiredWe Offer:Ongoing training and professional development opportunitiesA positive and collaborative work environmentFlexible working hours and hybrid working models supporting a healthy work–life balanceAn international company environment with colleagues from around the world
