Reporting to the VP – EPC, you will bring Projects, Engineering and Procurement & Subcontracts together under one integrated leadership, making sure our projects are delivered safely, on time, on budget and to the standard our clients expect. This is a senior role with real influence, created to support the next stage of our EPC growth.What you will doLead the operational delivery of the full EPC project portfolio, across onshore and offshore projectsProvide integrated leadership across Projects, Engineering and Procurement & SubcontractsEnsure projects meet agreed schedule, budget, quality, HSE and client commitmentsMaintain clear portfolio-level visibility of priorities, performance, resources, risks and constraintsLead and develop Project Managers, building accountability and consistency in deliveryAlign engineering deliverables and procurement packages with construction needs and project schedulesWork closely with Planning & Project Controls to strengthen forecasting and budget controlPartner with Finance, Commercial, Supply Chain and QHSE for smooth end-to-end executionResolve cross-project and cross-functional issues quickly, reducing unnecessary escalationSupport senior client engagement on significant project delivery mattersDrive continuous improvement in EPC processes, systems and digitalisationBuild project leadership capability and support succession planning within EPCWhat you will bringBachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or an equivalent engineering disciplineStrong senior leadership experience in Oil & Gas EPC project deliveryProven track record managing multiple complex projects and multidisciplinary teams, onshore and offshoreSolid understanding of engineering, procurement, subcontracting, construction and project controlsStrong commercial and financial awarenessConfident decision-making and senior stakeholder managementExperience delivering UAE / ADNOC projectsWhy join usShape the future of a growing EPC business, with the mandate to build an integrated and accountable delivery organisationLead high-profile oil and gas projects for major clients in the UAEWork closely with senior leadership, where your decisions make a visible differenceGrow your own leadership team and leave a lasting legacy in how EPC is deliveredJoin a collaborative, people-focused culture based in Abu DhabiHow to applyPlease click Apply and submit your CV.
