Team members join a stable, growth-oriented organization focused on quality and long-term partnerships.Role Description This full-time, on-site Projects Expeditor / Coordinator role is based in Edmonton, AB, at Unified Alloys’ head office. The role is responsible for coordinating and tracking orders and project milestones, ensuring materials, documentation, and deliveries are completed accurately and on schedule. Day-to-day tasks include communicating with internal teams, suppliers, and customers to resolve issues, update timelines, and manage changes to project requirements. The Projects Expeditor / Coordinator will prepare and maintain project records, monitor inventory and production status, and support the sales and operations teams with order status reports and follow-ups. The role requires strong attention to detail, proactive problem-solving, and a focus on meeting customer commitments and service standards.Qualifications Project coordination and expediting skills, including scheduling, tracking deliverables, and maintaining accurate documentation.Strong communication and relationship-building skills for working with internal teams, suppliers, and customers.Organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple projects simultaneously.Proficiency with office software and ERP or inventory management systems; comfortable with data entry and reporting.Analytical and problem-solving abilities to address delays, discrepancies, and quality issues in a timely manner.Knowledge of industrial or steel/alloy products and distribution environments is an asset.Secondary education in business, supply chain, or a related field, or equivalent experience in project coordination or logistics.Ability to work on-site in Edmonton, AB, with a strong commitment to accuracy, safety, and customer service.
