We’re Hiring: Project ManagerAseel Holding is looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing medium-sized projects from planning through completion.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering or a related fieldMinimum 10 years of strong, relevant project management experienceProven experience managing medium-sized construction or real estate development projectsStrong knowledge of the Saudi market, local regulations, contractors, consultants, and suppliersStrong and confident personality with excellent leadership and decision-making skillsAbility to manage and coordinate contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholdersStrong knowledge of project planning, design coordination, tendering, budgeting, execution, and reportingAbility to control project schedules, costs, quality, risks, and deliverablesExcellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skillsFluency in English; Arabic is an advantageSaudi Council of Engineers registration is preferredInterested candidates may submit their updated CV to hr@aseelholding.com, mentioning “Project Manager” in the subject line.
