The role involves leading and coordinating projects from concept through completion, including planning schedules, defining scope, and managing resources. The person in this position will review and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and contracts, and oversee site activities to ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards. Daily tasks include liaising with clients, consultants, and contractors, monitoring progress, resolving design and construction issues, and preparing regular status reports. The role also requires coordinating procurement and logistics, supporting inspections and approvals, and contributing to continuous improvement of project processes.Qualifications Candidates should possess skills in expediting and expeditor functions, ensuring timely delivery of materials and documentation across all project phases.Candidates should possess strong project management skills, including planning, scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder coordination.Candidates should possess inspection-related skills, with the ability to review work on-site and verify compliance with technical and safety standards.Candidates should possess logistics management skills to coordinate materials, equipment, and supply chain activities supporting project execution.Relevant bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, or a related field; professional certifications in project management (e.g., PMP or equivalent) are an advantage.Demonstrated experience managing construction or engineering projects, preferably within the Riyadh or broader regional market.Proficiency with project management and design tools, such as MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD, or BIM software.Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.Ability to work on-site full time, adapt to changing project needs, and uphold health, safety, and environmental standards.
