Projects Manager – Fit-Out & Interior Contracting

About the ClientOur client is a company specializing in fit-out and interior contracting, delivering projects across commercial, retail, hospitality, and office sectors.About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Projects Manager to oversee multiple interior fit-out projects from project award through final handover. The role involves leading project teams, managing client relationships, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee multiple fit-out projects and monitor progress, schedules, budgets, and resources.Lead and supervise Project Managers, Engineers, and site teams.Manage relationships with clients, consultants, landlords, and other stakeholders.Coordinate procurement, subcontractors, architectural works, and MEP activities.Monitor project quality, risks, variations, costs, and contractual matters.Resolve project delays and operational issues while ensuring compliance with approved drawings and specifications.Prepare management reports and oversee project completion, snagging, and final handover.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.Minimum 12 years of relevant experience in fit-out or construction projects.Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.Previous experience leading Project Managers, Engineers, and site teams.Strong background in retail, commercial, hospitality, office, or high-end fit-out projects.Excellent knowledge of project planning, procurement, subcontractor management, and architectural/MEP coordination.Excellent written and spoken English.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
