We are seeking an experienced, ambitious, and results-driven Projects Sales Manager to lead furniture project sales activities, identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and contribute to revenue growth. The ideal candidate must have proven experience in furniture project sales, strong negotiation and leadership skills, and the ability to manage the entire sales cycle—from identifying opportunities through contract award, project execution, and payment collection.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement sales plans for office furniture projects to achieve sales targets.Identify and secure new project opportunities with private companies, government entities, consultants, and contractors.Build, maintain, and develop strong professional relationships with clients.Monitor tenders and requests for quotations and assess project requirements.Oversee the preparation of technical and commercial proposals and negotiate prices and contract terms.Follow up on projects from proposal submission through award, supply, installation, and payment collection.Coordinate with the design, procurement, warehouse, and installation teams to ensure projects are delivered as agreed.Lead the projects sales team, assign targets, and monitor performance.Prepare periodic reports on sales results, expected opportunities, and projects under negotiation.Monitor market trends, competitors, and pricing, and recommend actions to increase salesQualifications and Requirements:Relevant experience in project sales, preferably within the office furniture or interior fit-out industry.Experience dealing with private companies, government entities, contractors, and consultancy firms.Ability to understand project requirements, drawings, and bills of quantities.Strong negotiation, deal-closing, and client relationship management skills.Experience preparing technical and commercial proposals and handling tenders.Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a sales team and achieve targets.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management systems.Good command of English is preferred.An established professional network within the projects and office furniture sector is preferred.
