This role supports the projects team with day-to-day coordination of lighting projects, including preparing documentation, tracking project timelines, and maintaining accurate records in internal systems. The Projects Support team member will liaise with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to clarify requirements, resolve issues, and ensure smooth delivery of project outcomes. Responsibilities include responding to technical and customer support inquiries, assisting with troubleshooting product or specification queries, and providing clear communication to keep all parties informed. The role also involves supporting project quotations, assisting with order processing, and contributing to continuous improvement of project workflows.Qualifications Strong analytical skills and attention to detail to interpret project specifications and identify issues or risks.Experience providing technical support for products or systems, ideally within lighting, construction, or related industries.Background in customer support, with the ability to manage inquiries, handle concerns professionally, and maintain positive relationships.Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, and clients.Troubleshooting abilities to diagnose and resolve project, product, or process-related problems in a timely manner.Comfort working in an on-site, collaborative environment and coordinating multiple tasks or projects simultaneously.Proficiency with standard office software (e.g., MS Office, project management or CRM tools) and willingness to learn internal systems.Relevant experience in project coordination, operations, or support roles; exposure to architectural or design environments is an advantage.Certificate or diploma in business, project management, engineering, design, or a related field is beneficial but not mandatory.
