Key Responsibilities

Lead, supervise, and manage a team of promoters across assigned retail locations.Set clear performance expectations and ensure achievement of sales and operational targets.Monitor promoter attendance, productivity, and overall performance through regular field visits and reviews.Provide coaching, mentoring, and on-the-job training to enhance product knowledge and sales effectiveness.Analyze sales data and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports using Microsoft Excel.Develop action plans to improve team productivity and market penetration.Coordinate with retail partners, store managers, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.Conduct regular team briefings and performance discussions.Ensure compliance with company policies, merchandising standards, and promotional guidelines.Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback and provide recommendations to management.Required Skills & CompetenciesStrong leadership and team management skills.Ability to motivate, coach, and drive high-performing teams.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Fluent in English (spoken and written); proficiency in Hindi will be an added advantage.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Excellent planning, organization, and reporting skills.Results-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
