By combining artificial intelligence, technology, creativity, and human-centered design, we deliver personalized content experiences that inspire, inform, and engage users.As we continue to expand our AI capabilities, we're looking for a Prompt Engineer to help design, optimize, and scale the AI interactions that power Bloomify's products and internal workflows.Role OverviewWe are seeking a Prompt Engineer who is passionate about artificial intelligence and understands how to communicate effectively with large language models (LLMs) to achieve high-quality, reliable outputs.The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between product, engineering, and content teams by designing prompts, testing AI behavior, optimizing workflows, and continuously improving the quality, accuracy, and consistency of AI-generated experiences across the Bloomify platform.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and optimize prompts for large language models (LLMs) to support Bloomify's products and internal operations.Build prompt libraries, reusable templates, and AI workflows for different business functions.Test, evaluate, and refine AI outputs to improve quality, consistency, accuracy, and user experience.Work closely with Product, Engineering, Content, and Marketing teams to develop AI-powered features and experiences.Experiment with prompt engineering techniques to improve AI performance across various use cases.Document prompt strategies, best practices, and testing methodologies.Monitor AI performance and recommend improvements based on user feedback and analytics.Stay up to date with the latest developments in generative AI, large language models, and prompt engineering techniques.Assist in developing AI-powered automation workflows to improve operational efficiency.Requirements2+ years of experience working with generative AI tools or AI-powered applications.Strong understanding of prompt engineering principles and large language models (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar).Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong written communication and structured thinking.Experience designing prompts for different use cases, including content generation, automation, research, and customer experiences.Ability to evaluate AI outputs critically and continuously improve performance.Comfortable working in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.Nice to HaveBackground in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Software Engineering, or a related field.Experience using AI APIs and automation platforms.Basic knowledge of Python or JavaScript for AI workflow integration.Familiarity with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), embeddings, vector databases, or AI evaluation frameworks.Experience working with AI agents, workflow automation, or no-code/low-code AI platforms.Experience in a startup or technology company.
