As a trusted partner, we're always at the forefront of change as we lead digital optimization and modernization journeys for our clients.Customized end-to-end solutionsOur expertise in AI, Consulting, Data, Digital, Cloud & DevOps and Software Engineering, delivers customized, end-to-end solutions that drive business value and growth.Job Description: Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and optimize prompts for LLMs such as GPT, Claude, Gemini, and Llama.Build and enhance GenAI solutions leveraging Prompt Engineering and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).Evaluate LLM responses and continuously improve model outputs for accuracy, relevance, and safety.Develop AI assistants, chatbots, and knowledge management solutions.Work closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into AI-driven solutions.Create prompt libraries, templates, and best-practice documentation.Conduct experimentation and A/B testing for prompt optimization.Collaborate with Data Scientists, ML Engineers, and Developers on AI projects.Required SkillsStrong experience in Prompt Engineering and Generative AI.Hands-on experience with LLMs (OpenAI GPT, Claude, Gemini, Llama, Mistral).Good understanding of NLP, Machine Learning, and Deep Learning concepts.Experience with RAG, Vector Databases, Embeddings, and Semantic Search.Proficiency in Python and AI frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or Hugging Face.Experience working with APIs and integrating AI models into applications.Knowledge of model evaluation, prompt tuning, and fine-tuning techniques.Total Experience -Experience in Skill 1 -Experience in Skill 2 -Current CTC -Expected CTC -Notice period -Current Location -Open for Rotational Shift -If you had gone through any interviews in Synechron before?
