About the RoleJoin our AI team to design, test, and refine prompts for large language models (LLMs) that power ourproducts, content, and internal workflows. You'll blend technical prompting with creative work — fromcontent creation to design and concept ideation. Ideal for a fresher passionate about generative AIwho wants hands-on experience building real-world applications.What You'll Do• Design and iterate on prompts for LLMs (Claude, GPT, Gemini) for accurate, consistent, safeoutputs.• Evaluate responses, identify failure patterns, and run A/B tests across prompt variations andmodels.• Build and maintain prompt libraries, templates, and documentation.• Work with product, engineering, and content teams to turn requirements into prompt strategiesand API integrations.• Create content using AI tools — marketing copy, product text, and creative assets.• Contribute to design and concept creation: ideate campaigns, visuals, and product concepts withgenerative AI.What We're Looking For• Excellent written English — clarity and precision are essential.• Basic understanding of LLMs (tokens, context windows, temperature, hallucinations).• Hands-on familiarity with at least one AI platform (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini).• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.Bonus Points• GenAI projects, internships, or coursework; basic Python or JavaScript.• Exposure to APIs (OpenAI/Anthropic), JSON/REST, and techniques like few-shot orchain-of-thought prompting.• Awareness of AI safety, bias, and responsible AI practices.What We Offer• Mentorship from experienced AI engineers and hands-on work with cutting-edge LLM tools.• Learning budget and a growth path toward AI/ML engineering roles.• Competitive salary and flexible work culture.To apply: send your resume and any AI/prompting projects to hr@streevia.com
