Job Title: Arabic Prompt Engineer (AI Agents) Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates Compensation: 4,000 AED per month Work Model: On-siteAbout the RoleWe are looking for a highly skilled and linguistically precise Arabic Prompt Engineer to join our team in Dubai. In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping the way our Artificial Intelligence agents understand, reason, and communicate. You will focus on designing and refining prompts that enable AI models to perform complex tasks flawlessly in both Arabic and English.Key ResponsibilitiesPrompt Architecture: Design, test, and iterate complex prompts to guide AI agents in generating accurate, safe, and contextually appropriate responses in both Arabic and English.Quality Assurance: Evaluate AI outputs to ensure grammatical correctness, cultural relevance, and alignment with our brand voice across different Arabic dialects and formal Modern Standard Arabic (MSA).Model Optimization: Collaborate with the development team to identify edge cases, troubleshoot AI reasoning failures, and improve the overall conversational flow of the agents.Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation on prompt strategies, best practices, and performance metrics.RequirementsLanguage Proficiency: Native or bilingual proficiency in Arabic, with exceptional fluency in English (both written and verbal).Technical Aptitude: Strong understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and hands-on experience with prompt engineering techniques.Analytical Skills: A highly analytical mindset with the ability to creatively solve problems and deduce why an AI model generated a specific output.Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to linguistic nuances, syntax, and cultural context.Experience: Prior experience working in tech, AI, linguistics, or translation is highly preferred.How to ApplyPlease submit your resume along with a brief cover letter or portfolio demonstrating your experience with prompt engineering or LLM interactions.
