We’re building a mobile app that helps users create beautiful AI-generated videos and photos from their own pictures using ready-to-use templates.Users can simply choose a template, upload a photo, and get a personalized AI-generated creation ready to share on WhatsApp, Instagram, and other platforms.About the RoleAs a Prompt Engineer Intern, you’ll work hands-on with AI image and video generation tools to test and improve the templates that power Pickle.ai.Your focus will be on experimenting with prompts, testing templates across different types of user photos, identifying failures, and improving outputs until they are visually consistent and ready for users.What You'll DoClear writing and communication skills to structure precise instructionsAnalytical mindset to debug and fix unexpected Gen AI behaviors.Test AI outputs to check for accuracy, bias, and safety issues.Build prompt libraries and standard guidelines for team use.Fine-tune model parameters like temperature and token limits.Track new AI updates and test new model versions.What We're Looking ForFamiliarity with AI-generated content and AI image/video generation toolsInterest in prompt writing and experimenting with Generative AIStrong attention to detail and ability to identify visual inconsistenciesPatience and willingness to test the same idea with different inputsGood written communication skillsAbility to document observations and learnings clearlyBasic understanding of visual quality, composition, and design is an advantageComfortable experimenting and learning quickly with AI toolsRecently completed a degree in Design, Computer Science, Media, or a related field.What You'll GainHands-on experience with AI image and video generationPractical experience in prompt writing, testing, and iterationExperience testing AI outputs across real-world user scenariosExposure to building and improving consumer-facing AI featuresDirect mentorship from the founding/core teamA portfolio of AI templates shipped to and used by real usersWrite and refine prompts for AI image and video generation tools
