Job Title: Prompt Engineering AssociateMonthly Pay: USD 830 - 1,200 per monthSummary:Clear AI instructions help the team produce useful answers with fewer repeated corrections.

You turn requests from colleagues into tested prompts, the instructions given to AI tools. You support builders with smaller workflow changes and keep examples of instructions that work well. A technology team lead reviews your designs and guides decisions about what to build next. You check every AI answer or result before anyone uses or shares it. This fully remote role lets you work from home while keeping colleagues informed through written updates. The role pays a monthly base salary plus bonus opportunities.

Job Responsibilities

• Write, test and improve prompts using an AI assistant such as Claude, a tool that produces answers from instructions.
• Review incoming requests in a Work management tool such as Asana, which tracks requests, progress and ownership. Agree priorities with your team lead.
• Ask colleagues how they complete the work now. Record the desired result, repeated steps and examples of unclear answers.
• Design a simple solution before building it. Choose which steps need AI and which should follow fixed rules instead.
• Build smaller workflows with an Automation tool such as Zapier, which connects tools and starts actions without repeated clicking.
• Test normal examples, missing details and unexpected answers. Check every AI result before use, and find causes of failed tests.
• Add checks and alerts for stopped workflows or doubtful answers. Explain each fault and its fix in short written notes.
• Keep a shared list of tested prompts, their purpose, sample inputs and limits. Save earlier versions before making changes.
• Write short guides and show colleagues how to use finished workflows. Watch early use, answer questions and suggest useful improvements.
• Judge quality through accurate answers, repeatable workflow results, clear notes and quick fixes. Share progress and unresolved issues with the team lead.
