Department: Business Development / Owner RelationsAbout the RoleSamaya Holiday Homes, part of Tiger Group, is looking for a professional, confident, and relationship-driven Property Acquisition & Owner Relations Executive to join our growing team in Dubai.The role will focus on connecting with property owners, introducing Samaya’s Holiday Homes management services, acquiring new properties for our portfolio, and maintaining strong relationships with owners after onboarding.The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and negotiation skills, a professional approach, and the ability to build long-term relationships with property owners.Key ResponsibilitiesContact potential property owners through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, referrals, and company-generated leads.Introduce and explain Samaya Holiday Homes’ property management services and the benefits of short-term rental management.Understand each owner's property, expectations, and investment objectives.Present our management model, services, marketing capabilities, operational support, and revenue opportunities professionally.Follow up consistently with prospective owners and convert qualified leads into signed management agreements.Arrange meetings, property inspections, and presentations with interested owners.Coordinate the onboarding process for newly acquired properties with the operations, reservations, revenue, and listing teams.Maintain regular communication with property owners after onboarding.Act as a key point of contact between property owners and internal departments.Follow up on owners' inquiries, concerns, requests, and operational matters.Build strong, long-term relationships with existing owners to improve satisfaction and retention.Identify opportunities to acquire additional properties from existing owners and referrals.Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, meetings, property status, and owner communications.Prepare regular reports on leads, conversions, acquired properties, and owner relationship activities.Work closely with the Business Development and Revenue teams to support portfolio growth.Represent Samaya Holiday Homes professionally in all communications with property owners.RequirementsPrevious experience in Business Development, Real Estate, Holiday Homes, Property Management, Hospitality, Sales, or Owner Relations is preferred.Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Excellent spoken and written English.Arabic is an advantage.Confident in communicating with property owners and investors.Strong follow-up and organizational skills.Ability to work with targets and manage a pipeline of prospective owners.Professional attitude and appearance.Good knowledge of the Dubai real estate and Holiday Homes market is an advantage.Experience with CRM systems or lead management tools is preferred.Key Skills :Property Acquisition
